There truly aren’t enough words to describe what an incredible experience we had working with Heidi. From the very first moment we met her, I had a feeling we were in the best hands, and she exceeded every expectation we had throughout the entire process. When we initially read others reviews, one thing that really stood out was how many people mentioned that they developed a genuine friendship with her along the way. That stuck with us and was actually one of the reasons we ultimately decided to move forward with her. Now, having worked with her ourselves, we can honestly say that we completely understand what they meant. Not only did we find an amazing realtor, but we also gained someone we truly value and consider a friend. Heidi was not only professional and incredibly knowledgeable, but also genuinely warm, patient, and personal in the way she worked with us. Our situation and needs were somewhat complex, and she took the time to truly listen and understand what mattered most to us. She approached everything with patience, empathy, and understanding, never making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. Instead, she guided us through every step in a way that made us feel supported, respected, and confident in the decisions we were making. She was always responsive, extremely flexible, and accommodating — no matter how many questions we had or how many adjustments needed to be made along the way. What stood out most was how deeply she cared. It never once felt like we were just another transaction; it felt like she was truly invested in helping us find the right home and make the best possible decisions for our situation. Heidi is also incredibly knowledgeable about the area, the market, and homes themselves. Whenever we toured houses, she looked far beyond the surface details like paint colors or cosmetic details. She would dig right in checking crawl spaces, looking at the foundation, etc and making sure the home was structurally sound before we even considered moving forward. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile gave us a tremendous sense of confidence and trust throughout the process. Working with Heidi made what typically feels like a stressful and overwhelming experience much more manageable and even enjoyable. Her patience, professionalism, and genuine care meant so much to us, and we are incredibly grateful for everything she did. We can wholeheartedly say that she is the best, and we recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking not only for a knowledgeable and dedicated realtor, but for someone who truly cares about the people she’s helping.

Hallie was absolutely incredible to work with during both the sale of my home and the purchase of our new one. She was proactive, communicative, and always one step ahead. From pricing and negotiations to inspections, timelines, and keeping all parties aligned, Hallie handled everything with professionalism and confidence. I never felt out of the loop — she kept me informed and advocated for me every step of the way. What truly sets Hallie apart is that she genuinely cares. She understood that this wasn’t just a transaction — it was a big life move. She was patient when I had questions, honest when I needed guidance, and strong when it came time to negotiate. Heidi did a great job helping us through the entire process of buying our home. Was a great help with getting us in touch with a person who specializes in the loan we needed, as well as keeping us up to date on the process the whole way through! Would highly suggest her to anyone looking to purchase a home!

Ivanna is a top notch relator, unmatched in dedication for helping people find a home that checks all the boxes. Ivanna worked to find our family of 7 a home we could comfortably grow in for years to come. Her negotiation skills, confidence, and knowledge of the process secured us an affordable home, not just a beautiful home. Weather you are looking to buy or sell, it doesn't get any better than Ivanna. We inherited a home twelve years ago. Five homeschooled children and two grass-roots business later, the hundred-year-old house we had outgrown became something we could no longer accommodate. Ivanna was patient and gracious in bringing us out of a stressful home and into a new phase of our lives finding us a home that facilitates success.
