Andrew Evins helped us sell my Brother's home. We had a lot of issues since his home had been was damaged by water. We also live 4 hours from my Brother's home. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable about real estate, lending, and Knoxville area. He patiently answered my long list of questions and gave me lots of advice during our very first interaction. After we officially established a working relationship, Jeff took initiates to work above and beyond - he made sure that I didn’t miss any potential opportunities, and gave honest opinions and advice from his expertise in the industry. Jeff almost worked too much - he was super fast to respond most times of the day. His background as a lender also gave him different perspectives from being just a realtor, which helped me a lot during my home buying process. When the property was under contract, Jeff stayed on top of the game, and made sure all necessary steps were taken without causing any delays, even parts I was not aware of at the time. You can tell that he really loves his job and really cares about his clients. A huge plus is that he’s a funny and chill guy, and super easy to get along with.
