The experience with them was 2nd to none! I wish I had been in touch with their family sooner. I was very disappointed my house wasn’t moving on the market, they had me up and sold within 45 days including setting up, showing and an offer accepted. I’d highly recommend them again and for sure there isn’t better representation you could ask for in SoCal!!

Kristen & her team are the best of the best!! They have helped us buy & sell several homes over the years. Their knowledge is priceless in all the situations that arise buying or selling a home!! The most important quality of the Fowler Team is their ability to treat you as they would treat a member of their own family!! Cannot recommend them enough!! They will handle all the headaches, details & things you can't even think of that WILL arise! They very strongly recommended that we buy the warranty should any emergencies arise with appliances or things with the house being sold. Thank goodness we followed their lead, the refrigerator broke right after sales closing date. The warranty covered the problem & we were very grateful!!

The Fowler team worked hard and kept us informed every step of the way. They worked hard on our behalf. Highly recommend them whether your house is big or small. From honest feedback on your selling potential to what you need to do to come on the market to patiently walking you through the process they were prepared. They were savvy during negotiations and the while closing process. We wasted our time on other realtors who while nice did not have their knowledge base. They will not let you down.

Brittney is such a dynamic professional. Ive had the pleasure of working with her multiple times in the past year and she is very knowledgeable and proactive, while being so supportive and down to earth. A great communicator (very responsive), as well as a great listener (acts on behalf of your discussed wants/needs). Selling a home can be a stressful experience, and she has a way of navigating it with your best interest at the forefront-no matter the situation. She makes it feel easy (when it's not). So thankful to Brittney, her Mom Kristen, and their family business. They have an exceptional team over there! If you are ever looking for a realtor in their area, go with them... you will not be disappointed!!
