I was matched with Jason through Veterans United and I couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. We were purchasing our first home using a VA loan so there were a lot of unknowns to navigate through and Jason lead us through the process seamlessly. He has a bright fun personality but is always ready to get down to business to represent you on your behalf on any offer you may make. I can’t recommend him enough to any potential clients. We could have not of gone through the house buying process without Jason. As first time homebuyers we were new to the process and Jason spent the time to thoroughly go through everything with us and answer any questions we had. You can really tell how much he cares about his clients. Could not recommend Jason more to anyone looking for a real estate agent!

Jason did an amazing job helping us get this house. He has exceptional knowledge in this field and the area where I was looking to buy and could easily spot the benefits or pitfalls of a particular property. He is a great communicator and often worked “after hours “ giving me the time and attention even late in the day. And he is a great negotiator who understands the nuances of buying and selling.

I had the greatest pleasure of working with Kris LaBrake. She was absolutely awesome, extremely helpful, very professional and knowledgeable! If she doesn't know something she will go out of her way to figure it out. I always felt like she was fighting for what I wanted. I recommend her to everyone I know.

In a word, FANTASTIC! The search was not an easy one. We had what we wanted in mind, and we were not straying from it. Kris did her best to keep us in those houses. She educated herself with our financing and worked directly with our lender to keep us on track to what would work. She was at all viewings before us and usually was already pointing things out. Once we decided on a house, she was hands on through all inspections. read through my home inspection and informed me of any read flags. All in all, our best interest was always first. Stayed in contact all through closing, to make sure I didn't have any concerns. Kris made this buying experience way more enjoyable than my first. If you want someone who is going to go the extra mile for you, than Kris LaBrake is for you.
