My wife and I were very pleased working with Kimberly. She went above and beyond, even agreeing to a last minute request to meet us on a Sunday evening to go measure square footage. She was dependable and very dedicated, and I never had to worry if she was going to follow through. She worked hard to find the perfect house for us and to negotiate with the other realtor to get us the best deal. I would work with her again, and would highly recommend her.

I was a first time home buyer with almost no understanding of the process. Kimberly was very patient with me and took a lot of time to explain everything in great detail. I liked that, when she wasn't able to answer my calls immediately, she returned my calls very quickly. Also, she promptly completed the items that she told me she would handle. She is very knowledgeable about all of the communities in and around Lynchburg, as well as the new constructions and developments in the area. Although I changed my mind several times about the type of home I wanted and needed, she was very understanding and accommodating to show me many different properties. There were even a few homes that she showed me several times until I made my final decision, and she seemed happy to do it. The homeowner was not very willing to negotiate, but Kimberly was successful in reaching a deal that we both felt good about. I love my new home and really appreciate all of the patience and hard work she put into helping me get it!

Kim is a very knowledgeable agent. Any questions i had ( and I had many) she either had the answer or found out the answer very promptly. As soon as a property was listed, she would make me aware of it and we would decide whether or not it was exactly what I was looking for. I work 2 jobs, so time was an issue for me, but she did an excellent job of working around my schedule to accomodate me. I greatly appreciate that she was with me from the first steps to the getting the keys. Awesome job!

Working with Kimberly was a pure joy. She was so helpful in every respect. I feel she went above and beyond expected duties. Every request was meet with a smile. Her knowledge of the real estate world was very good and she responded quickly with answers to any questions she couldn't answer immediately. Kimberly listed and sold our home in Forest, VA. She was hands on from the moment we signed the contract to list our property to the actual closing of our property. Kimberly was always available and gave wonderful input and advice. Our home sold to the first person who looked at it! We appreciated all her hard work in selling our property.
