My family has worked with many Realtors, both personally and professionally. We have formed a level of expectation from our real estate transactions. I want to share with you why Catherine is an exceptional real estate broker that should be your 1st choice for any property transaction. In deciding to move from the west coast to NW Arkansas, we visited the area, tooled around several different cities, communities and neighborhoods. We discussed our thoughts about the areas and home type that we were interested in and went back to pack up our lives. We discovered homes that we were interested in, but they would come on the market and get bought up without us because we had to sell our home first. We wanted to make a contingent offer on our sale, but that required finding the perfect seller and home purchase price. We found a home that fit our "current" wishlist and called the Listing Agent, which happened to be Catherine Pollock. She made us feel comfortable and valuable right from the start. She worked with another agent on her team and facilitated an offer for us. It was accepted and we began the serious journey of finding a buyer for our home. Catherine, in Arkansas, was setting up inspectors, getting quotes from contractors and staying connected with us every step. Through the escrow and after 2 video tours, we took a trip to actually see the home and meet with the contractors to finalize the repairs. We discovered there was probably more fixing up than we thought we wanted to handle. We changed our minds and Catherine quickly and positively changed plans to find a new solution. We came with a couple other homes we were interested in seeing and after Catherine listened to our criteria and took to heart our tastes, wants and needs, she made a few other suggestions that she thought would fit our lifestyle of shopping, restaurants and medical. She patiently and tirelessly set up appointments. We viewed all of them, following our agenda, not her own. She listened intently and gave suggestions and home tours that fulfilled actually what we were looking for (not necessarily what we were verbalizing to her). She had the discerning knowledge and experience to be patient, a good listener, and still offer us the actual home we didn't even know we wanted. Her suggested city was never on our list, but she stayed politely persistent and at 8:00 pm on our last night there, she brought us to a development with perfect new homes, affordable prices and a builder that would be flexible for us to sell our home. We looked through 2 homes that night (not the one we bought, sight unseen), went home, made an offer on one in the community and sold our home. Catherine has more professionalism and expertise than any other Realtor we have worked with. She is always available, quick to respond to questions or offer advice, and has a natural ability to make you feel like you are her only client and that everything is under control. She really cares about people and doesn't treat them like a client, but as a friend. She is so knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate. She is well connected with contractors, inspectors, and knows neighborhoods, traffic patterns and works with an incredible support team of people who are always available to step in and keep everything moving forward. She is detail oriented and nothing was allowed to slip through the crack. She listens to the needs of her clients and finds solutions, either from her own experiences and knowledge or from her vast contacts. She is always willing to help in any way she can and never says "can't" or "no", but always thinks of creative ways to accomplish your goals. She went way beyond what was expected for so many parts of our transaction. We were able to arrive and see our home for the 1st time after escrow closed because she facilitated the buyer's inspection, the long distance closing signing, helped us with a video walk through, made sure every item that needed repair was on the list and then completed. She was our advocate until the end, making sure everything was perfect when we arrived at 9:30 pm, even presenting us with a beautiful hand-made gift of love that we will cherish forever. The best blessing of it all is that she gently led us to our dream home in beautiful Northwest Arkansas. Invite Catherine to help with all your real estate projects. You, too, deserve the best.

Selling and buying a home in the current market can be an overwhelming process but Deborah Bowen was the most knowledgeable, professional agent I could have asked for. She had an answer for almost every question I had and even if she didn’t have the answer, she knew exactly who to ask and would get back to me extremely quickly. She also kept my husband and I in the loop on every part of the process and took so much stress and responsibility off our shoulders. Melissa helped us in both the sale and purchase of our homes she was very helpful in locating properties as well as connections with lenders with more competitive rates. One thing I appreciated about Melissa was her patience in dealing with us, we were a little picky and impatient and she reminded us that "she work for us". Very pleasant experience working with her.

She was a great help and always kept us informed. She was always willing to go above and beyond to help our house buying process go smoothly. She was always available by phone or text and would get us the information we requested in a timely manner. She was also very knowledgeable in the process of home buying and home searching which was a great help to us as this is our first home.
