I called Kim after I had a horrible experience with another realtor. She already knew my problems because she was so up on listings in my area. She guided me and gave me advice that worked immediately. I had taken my house off the market because of the mess up from the initial realtor. Kim came over and had examples of comps and a totally different plan for selling then the first realtor. My house sold when it was off the market because a buyer contacted Kim and he was not able to reach an agreement with my first realtor but Kim worked out a deal that worked for both the buyers and us that was fair all the way around and the best part we didn't have to relist and go through showings again. Monica who works in Kim's group helped us find a great condo. And I must say the entire group that works with Kim is the best. What a totally great and different experience. I found out the hard way its important to list with an experienced realtor who has a proven record and I highly recommend Kim and her entire group.

We are seasoned buyers and sellers, and wanted to work with a true professional. Kim Rock has a great reputation locally, so we decided to work with her. We were initially looking for a property in either NJ or PA, so Kim's dual certification was a necessary requirement. We looked at a few houses before we eventually settled on a new build in Bucks County. Buyers often feel an agent is not needed but Kim skilfully negotiated a significant Sellers' Assist on our behalf - at no cost to ourselves. Score! We also used Kim to list our home, and she really surpassed our expectations here. We were already familiar with staging properties to sell, so Kim gave us sound advice on other details to focus on, including painting the basement floor - it looked stunning! Professional photos were excellent quality. Kim used social media and her huge network of local contacts to generate buzz around our property. She is known as an ethical and professional realtor locally, and that reputation counts for a lot. The simple result was that within hours of the listing going live, we ended up with an above list price offer! Kim was very measured in her approach providing rational guidance without getting caught up in the drama and excitement of the deal. She excelled in this area, and carefully negotiated the way to a signed contract keeping us informed every step of the way. This all happened during the 4th July weekend when she was at a family BBQ - her commitment to seeing the task through to completion was outstanding. The overall transaction was very smooth with Kim keeping us posted of key milestones and status and within a month, the new owners had moved in. It's a credit to Kim and all parties that everyone felt good at the end of the transaction. No sooner than the sale ended, we have continued to work with Kim on other transactions. Highly recommend!

I imagine we were the worst kind of client for a realtor. We were content in our previous home and were only going to move for our perfect dream home. My wife and I were only half convinced such a home actually existed. I am pleased to say Kim proactively found that home for us. Not only did she identify the property, but she set up an early showing and through expert negotiations got the deal done before the open house. The Kim Rock Group has built a great brand for themselves and it’s not hard to see why. Kim and her team are the best at what they do.

Our sale was a bit of a challenge, but Kim was excellent at navigating the twists and turns it took and helped us work with our buyers to get it done.
