Bob did an excellent job with helping me buy my first condo. While touring homes, he took the time to really investigate every inch of the home for any issues that I should be aware of. He is incredibly knowledgeable and fought for me when I was settling on my condo that had a few injustices involved. If he's still in business when I need to move again, I'll definitely reach back out to him.

We are first time home buyer and Bob went above and beyond to help us with things which we didn't know of. He explained us every step of the process in detail and negotiated a great deal for us. He not just helped us get a great deal, he helped us fix a few things at the home, taught us how to paint, spackle and few other things.
