Elisa was awesome. First of all I have known Elisa for20 years and I have always known her to be an amazing realtor. Elisa was responsive , honest funny and easy to talk to which really makes the biggest purchase of your life way easier. Elisa was knowledgeable about how to structure a deal give a strong offer but not give away too much. She also has a team of people she uses for lending etc. which made the whole process super smooth. I cant say enough about how happy I was in my choice to ask Elisa to represent me as my realtor. Highly reccommend!

We are an investment company based in the UK. We own a number of houses in York and Elisa has been our Realtor for the past 14 years. Based in the UK we have only rarely visited York and we need someone that we can trust to look after our property and financial interests in the City. Elisa is that person. Elisa has bought and sold many houses on our behalf and every transaction has worked out well for us. She always makes sure that our interests are protected and represents us at settlement meetings. Even though we are thousands of miles apart Elisa keeps us informed about matters relating to our properties.

Elisa did it again! This is our second time using her expertise to help us buy a new home and she did an amazing job! We decided on a whim to look for a new home and within 24 hours we put in an offer and it was accepted. Thank you again Elisa!

Elisa did an amazing job working with us to sell our home and then to purchase our new home. She was very professional and had amazing customer service skills. She hired a professional photographer, and I believe it made a huge difference when looking at our home photos online. We were always ablet to contact her day or night and she was extremely responsive. She has a very bubbly personality and is such fun to converse with. She worked extremely hard to get us our new home as it was a bank foreclosure, and it was not very easy to work with the bank. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. EXCELLENT SERVICE!
