I have the dubious distinction of relocating every few years, and have worked with my fair share of real estate agents. Elisa Schwenk, of House Broker Realty, is at the top of my list and was instrumental in my recent purchase of a historical home in York. From our very first meeting to view the house, Elisa took the time to understand my needs, and provided invaluable insights throughout the entire process. Elisa’s expertise and vast experience in negotiation were invaluable and I believe that both the seller and I felt like we received a fair outcome from this transaction. During the negotiation process, and despite the fact that I have probably moved 15 times in the past 40 years, I still get jittery. I was feeling anxious so I called Elisa early on a Saturday morning, on the day of her son’s wedding. Expecting to get her voicemail, she answered the call and was able to calm my nerves and offer me some additional guidance. Dedication and desire to go above and beyond a client’s expectations are Elisa’s hallmarks. My experience working with Elisa was stellar and I would not hesitate in recommending her services to both neophytes and experienced buyers (like myself). Elisa was awesome. First of all I have known Elisa for20 years and I have always known her to be an amazing realtor. Elisa was responsive , honest funny and easy to talk to which really makes the biggest purchase of your life way easier. Elisa was knowledgeable about how to structure a deal give a strong offer but not give away too much. She also has a team of people she uses for lending etc. which made the whole process super smooth. I cant say enough about how happy I was in my choice to ask Elisa to represent me as my realtor. Highly reccommend!
