The best of the best! Kim was an amazing person to work with and have on our side from start to finish throughout the process of selling our pond front cottage in Mashpee. There was so much attention to the little details throughout the selling process that she did with great communication. So professional and personable, we were grateful to have worked with her. The great approach that Kim and Alante take to doing so much up front before our house even hit the market was the reason our house went under contract within the first few days of going live! Kim by far exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend her to anyone considering buying or selling their home.

Local Hero Moving to an area we were so unfamiliar with and being over 1100 miles away, Kim became our local eyes and ears. Listening and searching on our behalf, Kim was able to identify specific properties that matched our search parameters prior to our visits. Once in Pinehills in Plymouth, her local professional knowledge, insightful “tidbits” and positive energy made our final decision fun, exciting and easy.
