I would absolutely recommend Garret Hebert from Clancy Real-estate. He is the best realtor in this area. He answers all phone calls and emails. He listened to all of my wants and needs, and he never tried to persuade me to get something that I did not want, or could not afford. He helped me find my dream home in a beautiful location and I’m forever grateful to him.

Garret did a great job with assisting us to get our home. He knew would the home would be appraised for even before it got appraised which helped us to put in the bid that would ultimately get us our home :). We are from another area and he organized a whole day for us to look at homes and we only needed one visit before deciding. Great experience overall

Just bought a house with Garret Hebert who I was so lucky to find on the website. Starting from our first few-hour in person meeting, Garnet has been very responsive. Garret was incredible. Very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable of the real estate in the capital region. Will also think from the perspective of the clients and willing to help above and beyond the job, for example he will help me get questions answered even after the closing. Highly recommend!

Great guy and excellent at his job I recommend him to anyone who is selling or buying a home! If I ever needed anything to do with the sale he was on it fast and handle it with experience and knowing that was extremely comforting to say the least
