We really enjoyed working with Shana throughout the buying process. She was always willing to virtually tour houses with us since we were not physically in the area at the time. She gave us honest and real feedback, and she was always happy to provide us with suggestions, i.e. inspectors, local restaurants, etc. She helped make this process easy and seamless - guiding us throughout the process and being patient with our constant questions and requests.

Shana is very professional and always has a great attitude. Her knowledge and experience was proven by her ability to answer any and all of my questions throughout the entire home buying process, even through a transfer of contract cash sale. Shana showed me several homes well outside of the Capital District. She knows the region like the back of her hand as well.

John worked with me to buy a vacation property in upstate NY. He has excellent local knowledge, and put me in touch with a home inspector as well as a septic guy and both did good work. He also put me in touch with a reliable attorney. Skeptics might think it’s all cosy arrangement stuff but his referrals did excellent work at very reasonable cost. John is responsive, efficient and above all honest. There were several aspects where he could have gotten away with some things that I would not have caught, but he pointed them out to my benefit and even though it was less beneficial for him. The guy is a straight shooter.

Highly recommend! Shana was personable and knowledgeable. We bought a house and sold a house, on the same day. The process was seamless. We worked on a very tight timeline, and Shana was quick to respond to messages.
