Shana is very professional and always has a great attitude. Her knowledge and experience was proven by her ability to answer any and all of my questions throughout the entire home buying process, even through a transfer of contract cash sale. Shana showed me several homes well outside of the Capital District. She knows the region like the back of her hand as well.

John worked with me to buy a vacation property in upstate NY. He has excellent local knowledge, and put me in touch with a home inspector as well as a septic guy and both did good work. He also put me in touch with a reliable attorney. Skeptics might think it’s all cosy arrangement stuff but his referrals did excellent work at very reasonable cost. John is responsive, efficient and above all honest. There were several aspects where he could have gotten away with some things that I would not have caught, but he pointed them out to my benefit and even though it was less beneficial for him. The guy is a straight shooter.

Highly recommend! Shana was personable and knowledgeable. We bought a house and sold a house, on the same day. The process was seamless. We worked on a very tight timeline, and Shana was quick to respond to messages.

Shana went out of her way to accommodate the timeline on the sale of our home. She was sympathetic to the emotions involved in leaving our longtime home and spent time helping us find a home to go to. She recognized the things unique to our home and promoted them in her presentation of it. We felt that she was advocating for us.

This was my first time buying a home and I felt extremely comfortable throughout the whole process (I closed on April 23, 2021). Shana saved me from a nightmare realtor and helped me to find the perfect home quickly and easily. I didn't feel the need to constantly keep calling her because she answered all of my questions I had and held my hand throughout the entire process. Shana listened to all of my wants, needs, and concerns (she exceeded my expectations). Shana is an excellent realtor because she won't let anything get in the way of your happiness, she is thorough and extremely knowledgeable and I can't wait to purchase my next property with her by my side. Everyone needs a Shana in their life whether your a first time home buyer or a seasoned veteran. I just can't say enough about her, she cares and it shows in her work ethic.
