Kerry helped sell my condo. She went with me to look at multiple houses to see what peaked my interest until I decided to build a new home. She stayed with me through the whole process and even did the walk throughs with the builders to make sure everything was being done properly.

Kerry went above an beyond what a realtor's job is my opinion. Our father's home needed several updates and we live out of town so Kerry was instrumental in having various contractors provide repair quotes as well as overseeing their work. She even took most of a Saturday to accompany me to a home improvement store to advise me on various appliance, flooring, paint color and lighting choices. Her day never ends. I would highly recommend her if your looking for someone to sell your home. We cannot say enough about her.

Kerry was absolutely phenomenal to work with ! She was so experienced and knowledgeable about the steps needed both to sell my home and to purchase the home that we fell in love with. Kerry was readily available to assist us at whatever time that met our busy schedule and she worked tirelessly to get documents and paperwork to us in a timely manner. She was also key in providing the newest home listings which ultimately allowed us to find our dream home. We can't thank Kerry enough for her hard work and careful guidance through this process. I can't recommend Kerry enough if you are in need of a Realtor!

Kerry was amazing from start to finish. She was always in contact with us, was completely transparent about any issues she foresaw with the homes we looked at and treated us like close friends, maybe even family. We even had issues with the loan officer we originally chose and there was Kerry, finding us someone who would make sure we were taken care of. We are first home buyers and I couldn't have felt more at ease through the entire process. Kerry, you have made us clients for life! Thank you!!!

Excellent service! Only thing I needed to do was choose houses and supply my information throughout the process, no headaches! Kerry was able to help me determine if a house I was looking at was worth the time, as well as knowing what to look for when visiting before having an inspection. When I found the one everything went smoothly and she took care of everything, just supply my information and make time to sign.
