Kerry Jo is a true professional. She was always responsive to me, kept me updated as to offers, responded to my calls/emails quickly, and was upbeat when offers fell through, she just persevered. She never allowed a setback to discourage her or allow me to be discouraged. She went the extra mile by giving me data that I was able to use to successfully appeal the Kittitas County's assessor's valuation of my property. She dealt proactively with issues that might cause problems with the title company. When she found the right buyer, she moved the paperwork quickly and got the property sold FAST. I can't say enough good things about Kerry Jo. If you want to buy or sell property near Easton, call her first.
