While buying our first home we felt truly in the best of hands working with Eliza Babcock and The Keri Ricci Team-- attentive, informative, and all-around total experts. Communication can certainly be tough during a once in a lifetime global pandemic, but we found the complete opposite to be true with Eliza and the Team! From zoom meetings, virtual walkthroughs, texting, emailing, and scheduling visits we always felt well-informed and connected during our home buying process. We often reach out to Eliza for professional recommendations and, just like her, they set the bar high and exceed our expectations. It's certainly been a huge help with the new-homeowner-learning-curve to have a realtor so experienced and familiar with all things South Jersey. When we decided to move back to South Jersey, we wanted to be in one very specific area and had a laundry list of must haves. We were originally working with another realtor, but made the switch to Eliza (and the Keri Ricci Team) after it became clear that these were the go-to real estate professionals for this specific locale. It turned out to be the best decision we could have made. Eliza found us a home (that wasn't even on the market) that checked most of the important boxes and was in our top location. It was a very nontraditional transaction from start to finish, but we felt comfortable knowing that Eliza and the Ricci team were there to support us. We were especially struck by her knowledge of the history of the area and of the homes we toured. Buying an off-market home, during a pandemic, was not necessarily the way we envisioned our home buying process when we first started (pre-Covid), but I could not imagine navigating this process (with most of my sanity still intact) without Eliza's expertise and professionalism.

We are very happy to have Eliza as our realtor. She list house in a very good price and did a lot of work to make the house look pretty. She also put a lot of effort in open house and online open house because the covid. Our house selling experience is really good.

Eliza Babcock and her team at Ricci Real estate are everything you hope for when you need to sell your home. We were able to go through the entire process remotely because of the hard work on their part. Help with everything, including taking pictures all the way to picking up CO’s. Help with finding repair people and making sure the house would pass the fire inspection. Eliza was always available to discuss issues which reduced so much stress. I highly recommend Eliza for your real estate needs. And the best part was we had an offer that wound up being the buyer on the Very day we listed.

Working with Eliza Babcock was a pleasure. We had never sold a home before so we really didn’t know what we might encounter. Eliza and the entire Kerri Ricci team eliminated all the stress for us even though it became increasingly stressful for Eliza when had to deal with a buyer’s agent who was extremely rude, quite unprofessional, and likely dishonest. Eliza, on the other hand, remained totally professional, helpful, and positive. Thanks so much Eliza!
