Working with Laura during my home search was a great experience. From our first phone call, Laura was knowledgeable about the areas I was interested in, responsive, accommodating, and invested in helping me find the home that would be best for myself (and my dog). Laura took the time to understand what I was looking for, to educate me on some nearby neighborhoods I was unaware of and common, hidden issues we might see in some homes, and never made me feel pressured. Laura also helped me focus the home search on homes which fit my needs while emphasizing potential return on investment, which was extremely important to me as a solo-home buyer. What really set Laura apart was her connections and network in the area—from realtors, to inspectors, to contractors. Laura knows everyone, and if she doesn’t have a recommendation for a business or individual to address a specific project, she’ll reach out to her network immediately and find the best. Thanks to Laura, my dog and I have been loving our home. I would absolutely recommend Laura to anyone looking to rent, buy, or sell a home!

I’ve known Laura for a long time as a building manager. When it came time for me to purchase my first home, her knowledge of what to look for in a home (both positive and negative) was incomparable! She also answered all questions I had about the mortgage process. I would highly recommend Laura for any first time home buyer!

I reached out to her and she was very responsive until she just stopped responding to me one day. She asked me about setting up an online account with her then I never heard from her again. I reached out to her another time just to make sure there was no lapse in communication. Never got back to me. No help at all.

Laura is remarkable. We signed the contract for her to sell the house, then I left on a four month trip. She organized decluttering, coordinated workers coming into the home, dealt with the city on mandated work and more. Laura also handled the offers, helped me weigh out the pros and cons of potential buyers, and guided me through thinking carefully about the housing market, it's trajectory, and when to call it good - and accept an offer! She much more than earned her commission. If I could, I would ask Laura to help me buy my house in my new city. She's a great realtor and an even better person.
