Andrea was amazing in helping me to navigate the sale of a home that I am the POA for. We met and talked about my expectations and timeline, all of which she met. She staged the home, helped me to narrow down the dozen plus offers that I received and got me to the closing table in record time. Her attention to detail and availability at all hours was truly appreciated. And her humor through some of the hurdles made me smile. Highly recommend.

Andrea was nothing short of excellent. She was there for us every step of the way in selling our house. She was patient with our endless questions and was available for us even late in the evenings when we finally had free time after our daughter went to sleep. Andrea went above and beyond to help me sell my house. We hit a lot of bumps along the way and she took each of them in stride and helped me get the place where it needed to be to get sold. She also was extremely accommodating of my late work hours as a restaurant manager and stepped in when I could not be there for repairs and appointments due to my work schedule. I can not recommend her services enough to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. I am so thankful for all she did to sell my place and keeping me sane throughout the process, always going the extra mile. You cannot go wrong choosing Andrea to be your realtor. Andrea was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Equally impressive was her willingness to go the extra mile to get our house sold at the best price. For example, after we moved out she discovered a problem with the house. However, I was swamped with work moving into my new place. Rather than put the house on the market with the problem, she, on her own initiative fixed the problem. This is going the extra mile for a client!!
