Awesome experience! Kendall and Chris were great to work with, very knowledgeable and easy to like! would definitely recommend! It was a sellers market and we were met with a lot of challenges, we had our disappointments along the way, but what Kendall told us earlier on struck home, once you find your home, you'll look back and be glad you didn't get the previous one, and was she right! thanks for all the help and advise, both you and Chris were great!

This is the second time that we have worked with Kendall. Kendall & Chris make a great team. They are experienced professionals who are knowledgeable of the area and market. They are friendly and communicate well which is a huge plus! We love our new home and can't thank them enough for all of their input and hard work.

There Was No Stone Unturned In Where And How To Market The Sale Of My Home From Local Representation To International Platforms... Kendall And/Or A Member Of Her Team Were Present At Every Showing... Kendall Provided Me With Feedback From Every Showing And Kept Me Abreast Of All Local Activity Regarding The Positioning Of My Property... Kendall And Associates Also Kept Me Shielded From Some Very Unfortunate Situations Which Transpired Regarding The Integrity Of Other Agents And Their Clients... They will listen and explain every single step of the sale process. They got me an offer within one month of listing.
