Trust Haven’t sold a home in 32 years so how do you know what to do? Like everything else you turn to the internet and YouTube to learn things you need to know. The first thing experts recommend is to find an agent you can trust! Second thing was to find one of those top 20 percent agents that sell 80 percent of the homes in the area. Third thing was to get an agent that offers quality marketing, ensures pre screened buyers coming through your home not just an open house, uses a professional photographer for video and pictures, uses staging or virtual staging as needed and excellent home pricing using local comps in your area. To sum it up an agent that offers great total service no matter what your home value. Fourth thing was willingness to negotiate a commission and agree on a BA commission strategy. Fifth thing was an agent that takes the time to walk your property and give critical constructive advise on required or not required items to replace or repair to help the sale of your home. Along with the above was, a coming soon posting on all media, lawn signage, and an organized showing method with a phone app making showing a breeze. After three in person interviews and one over the phone interview with several top agents Jeff Martin came out on top. Jeff Martin not only met all the above criteria I was looking for but also had a great team attitude, a willingness to help us move into our next chapter and a very honest trustworthy demeanor. Jeff also discussed pricing strategies that matched the current 2025 market. With all that said, Jeff Martin got us more than expected and his staff was professional and helpful during the entire process. I leaned getting an offer is not the problem. Navigating through them all and deciding what the best, most successful one takes skill. We are very thankful for Jeff’s knowledge and skill choosing our best outcome. Jeff Martin has been an instrumental partner in our families house hunting journey. We have know Jeff for over 20 years and he has assisted us with purchasing 3 of our own homes, 1 for my mom and 1 for my hubby's best friend. Jeff did an outstanding job helping us transition from our two story colonial that we lived in for 38 years to a condo. While it was a difficult decision for us, Jeff’s patience, expertise, commitment and understanding led us to a happy conclusion. Jeff did an excellent job with the purchase of our new home. We had a long list of homes to see and the market has not been easy. This was our 3rd contract and he did everything he could to get us in our house. He did a great job explaining everything along the way. Jeff is highly recommended!
