Kelly is absolutely THE BEST real estate agent my husband and I have ever worked with. We would give her more than five stars if we could. She represented us in the purchase of our new home, and we could not be more pleased with her and how she was always available to address our questions as well as through every step of the process. It was an absolute pleasure working with Kelly and Amanda to sell our home. When scouting for a realtor to sell our home, we wanted one that paid attention to the details, had the "go getter" attitude, had a design eye, would help with staging and a must was our dogs had to approve! Kelly and Amanda were that and more. Their advertising goes above and beyond. When they first came to the house, they were not scared of our pups and actually loved on them. Our house was quite messy after dealing with health issues and our busy schedules. They did not turn up their noses to us, instead they gave us constructive advise and then came in with staging pieces to make it look like a model home. Both are knowledgeable regarding real estate and their professional portfolio and presentation is superb. The market was super slow when we had our home up for sell. Kelly and Amanda remained positive and showed our house weekly and multiple times during the week and day. They never missed a showing or an open house. They learned our house and all the features that made it unique. They also found our perfect buyer! The closing process was a breeze and all we had to do was show up and sign. They remained professional with other real estate agents and buyers. They were readily available to answer our questions along the way and we are glad to call them our friends. Kelly did a fabulous job assisting in the rental of our home. She is an expert in the local area after all she lives locally which gives her the upper hand in communities. So i know that I’m skeptical when someone gets a 5 star rating in all categories, however Kelly truly deserves it! Since we were out of town we relied heavily on Kelly to manage the process of selling a home and buying another. Kelly was helpful in so many ways beyond the typical realtor role. Whether she was picking up a mirror for an open house, helping to mediate a challenge with a roofer or outlining next steps by text and email- she was excellent. Thank you Kelly!
