Christy Bailey was fantastic! She kept in constant contact with us throughout the process of selling our existing home and buying our new home. Christy ensured all the moving parts of selling and buying stayed in sync. She spent the time to understand what we wanted in a house, select candidates that matched, and arrange for walkthroughs that worked for us as we had to travel 2 hours to see the homes. She was always available to us and made us feel like we came first. Christy understood the market and assisted us in putting together an offer that led to a contract within two days of our dream home coming on the market. Christy helped keep the mortgage and title companies in lock step and we were able to sell and close on our new home within a few days. We used Christy on two occasions. The first was when we relocated from VA to MD. She was the only realtor who responded to our inquiries online. She helped us find a place to rent in the area we wanted. The second time was when we purchased a home. She was great to work with. She responded even on weekends and after normal business hours. She walked us through the home buying process step by step. Best realtor we ever worked with!

Christy was awesome to have as our real estate agent. Christy’s attention to every detail during our home purchase made my wife and I very comfortable and calm during what could be a very stressful home buying process. We were moving from California to Maryland. She was extremely knowledgeable and was able to find us the perfect home, in the perfect neighborhood! I would highly recommend Christy as a real estate agent as she was easy to work with, and very responsive to our calls day or night and on the weekends. Keely was amazing in helping us find our home. As first time home buyers, we were anxious and nervous about going into the process. We walked in off the street to speak to any available realtor for a consultation and spoke with Keely. We never had to speak to anyone else. She is friendly, personable, responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and a little over two months after speaking with her for the first time, we closed on our new home with nearly all closing costs paid by the seller! I definitely recommend Keely!
