Very professional and responsive team. I could always get in contact with them. It took a while to sell because I insisted on starting at a pretty high price. Ended up selling around the price Mark Frisco thought it should be. Mark staged the property and got excellent photos taken.

Mark Frisco and his team made the difficult task of selling my fathers home after his passing painless. Mark was straightforward and honest. He and his team make communication a priority and kept me informed of all facets of the sales process from beginning to end. Everything I needed to do was fully explained to me and there was someone to help me through every step of the process. Mark and his team are highly professional and caring at the same time.

The Mark Frisco Team delivered on every promise. We went from consultation to settlement in basically 3 weeks. Mark and his team took on so many roles and handled managing multiple projects at the house, to improve the condition prior to listing, and they did it was ease. They could teach courses on logistics and general contracting. The contractors that they brought into the house were professional, reputable and provided quality work at a fair price. We were thrilled with the transformation when all the work was done and we're ready to list. Mark had us hit the market at the perfect time, we had dozens of showings, a huge open house, and ultimately received multiple offers, all over asking. We had all the information, insights, and advice at our fingertips with Mark and his team just a call or text away, and it enabled us to in the end make the right decision. I couldn't recommend the Mark Frisco team anymore. 5 stars for sure!
