Hannah has been a delight to work with. Her expertise and responsiveness guaranteed the case to be worked out smoothly. I was abroad when I purchased a condo from her. We ran into quite some difficulties, and the fact that I was far away made the process even harder, but Hannah stayed on top of everything. Her negotiation skill got me a great deal. Her efficiency ensured the case could close on time, and when things didn’t go as planned, she was quick to pivot. She was reliable and always pleasant to talk to. I would love to work with her again when the chance arises.

Brandon was great to work with. He has a very positive attitude and went above and beyond. Because I live 2,000 miles away from the property, it was impossible for me to stop by the house. Brandon was always there for me, checking on things, meeting the inspectors, airing the house out, etc. Also, Brandon convinced me that we could get more money for the house than I believed. Turned out, he was right! I highly recommend Brandon!

Hannah is awesome to work with. She is always quick to respond to any and all questions. She helped us purchase our home, even though we lived 5 hours away from the area at the time. She knew what we were looking for and delivered! I highly recommend working with Hannah.

Jerry helped us out exponentially to get our condo set up and ready for the short-term rental business that we purchased the property for. Kay was instrumental with advising us on how to get all the required paperwork done for the city, county and state. She also forwarded an Excel spreadsheet for keeping track of everything. Jerry went out of his way to assist with getting the Fire Department inspection passed with flying colors. My wife and I can't thank the both of them for providing above and beyond service. We will surly call on them again for our next purchase.

Hannah was a wonderful and experienced Realtor. She was helpful in both preparing our home for resale and finding a new home that fit all of our needs. She was more than willing to take the time to explain the process of selling our home as well as handle difficult issues that popped up during the process. We had a home pop up on Zillow that I really wanted to look at but it was up for less than a day and ended up on contract. When she broke the bad news I was upset but understanding. 3 weeks later she called me up and told me the house was back on the market and we could go look at it when I got off work. We ended up purchasing that home. I'm so glad that she was willing to keep an eye out for our interests. She was lovely and I would recommend her for the Branson- Springfield area.
