I am selling my home, He is not my agent. But he asked me if his clients could see my house on a day at 5:30pm. I made sure that I took off work to get the kids and animals out. He shows up and hour and 15 mins late with a knock on the door saying, I’m a few minutes late. Sir an hour and 15 minutes is a tad more than a few. It’s inconsiderate and tacky. While I appreciate someone looking at my house there are set times for a reason. I have a dog that isn’t friendly. It would have been much worse had I not seen you pull in. I wouldn’t use someone who doesn’t stick to a schedule. Or respect a sellers and buyers wishes.

Jon is an excellent agent! He is knowledgeable about Foreclosures and was aggressive to help us get a quick response from the bank that owned the property we wanted to buy. We have worked with other realtors who were nowhere near as great as Jon.

Jon was the best! He was extremely knowledgeable and available whenever I needed. It was our first time buying a home and Jon went well beyond his duties helping is get into our home. He was also such a pleasure to spend time with while looking at houses. When it comes time to list our house, Jon will be our guy.

Jon knows the Branson area like the back of his hand and was pleasant to work with and quite knowledgeable of the process. We highly recommend him and would welcome working with him in the future, when needed.

Jon went out of his way to not only sell our home, but he was there on moving day and several days prior to that to help load the moving truck and to dispose of 30 years of unwanted junk. We couldn't have done it without his help.
