We had an incredibly frustrating experience dealing with Kathie Lutz throughout a recent home purchase process. From start to finish, the transaction was plagued by delays, miscommunication, and a clear lack of professionalism. Our offer was held up unnecessarily because, according to a message we received, Kathie was prioritizing other listings she deemed "more important." This kind of blatant disregard for potential buyers is unacceptable in any market, let alone a competitive one. Additionally, Kathie failed to notify her own client about scheduled showings, which not only created confusion but also cast doubt on how closely she was managing the sale. It became evident throughout the process that she lacked attention to detail, was not proactive in moving things forward, and was more focused on posturing than creating a smooth and successful transaction for all parties involved. We've bought and sold several homes over the years, and we have never encountered such a poorly handled experience. A real estate agent should advocate for their client while also facilitating honest, timely, and professional communication between all parties. Unfortunately, Kathie did none of that. If you're looking for a responsive and competent real estate professional, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
