This was our second time working with Kelly and it was better than the last! In regards to selling, Kelly was able to get us above market value for our house! She was readily available to answer all of our questions about inspections and closing. She even helped us find a different mold guy and saved us over 13k!! In regards to purchasing, I’d say we were on the pickier side when it came to homes. Kelly dealt with us for months trying to find the right one. On top of the daily emails, she would text us houses she thought would really catch our eye. That’s how we found the one. Our dream home went on the market at 10am, she texted us about it at 10:20am, we toured at 3pm, and placed an offer that night. With Kelly’s guidance, we were able to seal the deal that day without any other buyers seeing the house! Thanks again for everything you do, Kelly! We’d be homeless without you!

Kelly Zander Realtor, VP Realty I got a hold of Kelly looking for another place to live do to a bad divorce situation and a vindictive ex foreclosing on our house against court orders. Instead Kelly said what!? Let's put it on the market instead. I was able to get the deed in my name and she had it under contract the day after it went on the market. We had so many roadblocks put in the way do to the foreclosure but Kelly was managing them all. She never let me feel like I was on my own and she lost as much sleep as I did trying to get everything in order to prevent the house from going to auction. The things she did during this time frame... to say she went above and beyond is an understatement. She would say I'm just doing my job but she was literally fighting for me every step. We ended up closing on the house the day it was supposed to go to auction. She took a hopeless situation and made it possible for my daughter and me to have a fresh start.
