Katie was enthusiastic and go getting from the start. Her attitude was amicable and positive but critical when necessary. She was flexible on touring times during the week and weekends. She asked the listing agent, inspectors and other professionals involved in the sale many pertinent questions I wouldn't think to ask as a first time home buyer which not only provided me with a better understanding of the sale I was making but knowledge for future real estate ventures. Katie was very prompt and upfront when providing and explaining any documentation I had to sign during the home buying process. I do think that her negotiation skills lacked at times as I had to press her a bit on a couple of issues that needed investigation or bartering with the seller (I will say West Chester is currently a seller's market so it makes negotiation tough). All in all it was a positive experience that felt for the most part seamless. I never felt like I was on my owner or under a tremendous amount of stress. Katie was always there to answer the questions I had and if she didn't know she would find someone who did. I would definitely recommend Katie and Weichert Realty for home buyers in the area.

Katie Lynch was a true professional in the handling of my recent home sale. Her market analysis and guidance on pricing, suggestions on preparing the home for showings and her expert advice during the inevitable bumps during the contract and buyer due diligence were invaluable. Katie went the extra mile on several occasions to obtain documentation from local and county government offices to keep the sale moving to an on schedule settlement. I would highly recommend Katie to anyone looking for a true professional who understands the market and has the work ethic to get the job done.

Katie was a breath of fresh air. Extremely quick to answer questions, and excellent communication. She was not pushy, which I think is a typical characteristic of most realtors. Katie made selling my most recent house enjoyable and low stress. She listened to us, and provided helpful advice when she knew it would benefit us. Because of her, our house sold in 2 days, and sold for over the asking price.

I was introduced to Katie through a mutual friend who heard I was starting the home buying process. My girlfriend and I met her at her office and pretty quickly committed to using Katie as our realtor. While Katie is very professional and knowledgeable (and when she doesn't know something, has a wonderful network at Weichert to reach out to), those weren't the main reasons we made the decision to use Katie. From the first house to the last, from the scary to the amazing ones, from the late night texts I sent changing plans for the next day, she made each experience in the process FUN and stress free. I really didn't feel she was just a friendly realtor, it felt like I was buying a house with a good friend that knew about home buying. For all the stress and worry that I've heard people talk about when going into buying your first home, her and her team removed all of it and I could not be happier with the purchase. Thanks Katie!
