Karin is the consummate professional. She sold a house for me in a slow market and found a house for me with real value. Karin steered me through the process of preparing my house for sale and had suggestion that made the house more marketable. She was always available for questions if she didn’t know the answer offhand she found the answer. I recommend her to anyone with no reservations.

Karin took all the stress out of buying a home. All of the contracts and paperwork were handled effortlessly and Karin made herself available on a moments notice. Highly recommend.

Karin is very thorough and keeps the client informed during all aspects of the sales process. She knows how to price a home and manage the negotiation/sales process. She was great to work with and I never even met with her in person as I was in Colorado and Arizona during this transaction. I highly recommend Karin. I don’t often write reviews, because I get to busy to do so, but I’d be remiss if I didn’t write a review of my experience with Karin. I’ll start by saying this was my first home buying experience. I do have experience at finding and negotiating places to live, but never buying. Karin was absolutely amazing. She provided so much guidance along the way and I quickly realized that she was looking out for my best interest. All along the process she helped me navigate all the processes and paperwork and ultimately find and negotiate a great deal on my house. Never once did I feel she was operating in her best interest. Buying a home, not to mention for the first time, is stressful and full of surprises. Karin helped me navigate all the obstacles, found the home I truly wanted, educated me in the ins-and-outs of buying, and assisted me in landing on the best value for my home. I highly recommend Karin and would certainly work with her again in the future.
