As soon as I walked in the office I felt at home. All the staff were kind, courteous and very professional. I never had to worry about Kari answering my questions. She was very prompt with all dealings. It’s been a real pleasure working with her.

Kari came highly recommended in the Castroville area. We were looking to sell our home in Mico and purchase in La Vernia during the house buying frenzy season of Summer 2022. We logged thousands of miles transiting to and from our area of interest. She did an amazing job of reigning in my expectations and keeping us motivated thru countless offers and getting outbid. Her work ethic was relentless. We received houses and phone calls through all hours of the night, at our request, working tirelessly to get us the house that we wanted. She knew all the right people to get things moving once we did find our eventual home from movers/cleaners, septic, inspections, VA loan officers, water well specialist, building developers, concrete guys, you name it. She kept a hard to find level of maintaining communication as she worked passed midnight multiple times. Kari was available to us at all hours and always responded with a text if she was unable to talk. We received a full offer on our house on Monday after posting it for sale the Friday before. I would whole heartedly recommend Kari and her team to anyone who is selling/buying or both.

We've purchased and sold several houses and interviewed several agents before listing this house. Kari is extremely resourceful, knowledgeable, and good at her job. We were really happy with how the sale was handled, her negotiation skills, and resourcefulness. As a bonus, one of the most black and white, nothing-sleazy-thrown-into-closing experiences we had. Did a great job showcasing our house too. I would absolutely recommend her.

If you want your house sold, Kari is the person to call! She is knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. The process can be scary and overwhelming, and she made it seem so smooth, and effortless. Her experience spoke volumes and showed how professional she really is. Call her you will be glad you did!
