In my life, I have purchased and sold many homes and worked with many realtors, so when I say that Ariel and Karen are the best, it is with extensive experience of working with lesser realtors. Not only did they help us find our dream home on the first weekend of our search, but they assisted us through every step of challenging negotiations and compressing the many steps to a simultaneous closing of this home purchase and the sale of our previous home in only 2 months. Their knowledge of the Oxnard/Ventura area is extensive – they had helpful recommendations for inspectors, plumbers, contractors, pest control, loan brokers, and more. They went above and beyond to help us take measurements, bring in packages delivered to the house before we arrived, and even assisted with carpet selection. They are knowledgeable, friendly, kind, hard-working and responsive. If you ever want to buy/sell a home in Ventura County, call Ariel and Karen!

Karen and Ariel were exceptional in every sense. They went above and beyond (during a pandemic!) to help our family sell our dear aunt's condominium in Oxnard (we live in the midwest). They were exceptionally responsive from the very beginning. They helped us arrange handymen and painters and staged the condominium beautifully. When we had limited time to remove our aunt's belongings (including a couple cats), and they did everything possible (and then some) to help us get that done. When it came to the sale, Karen—who we worked with more in person—was on the ball and secured showings, followed up on interest, and helped us quickly sell the condominium for more than we thought we could! They showed hustle and determination for even a "smaller sale" like this condo. I know they had many higher-dollar listings on the market, but they made us feel like they were their only client. I cannot recommend them enough. We felt a lot of anxiety about getting this taken care of in such a crazy year, but they made it happen.

My fiance and I loved working with Ariel. She was always available - sometimes even answering our questions that popped into our heads late at night. Her and Karen make a great team that were always willing to help us when we needed it. When it came to finding our perfect home, she really listened to what we wanted and worked hard to find us what we could find in our preferred area. She is super connected in the Ventura/Oxnard area and knew exactly who to refer us to every step of the way. She has great energy and is extraordinarily knowledgeable in real estate and being a homeowner in general. She walked us through the whole process seamlessly and is always happy to make recommendations for home upgrades and maintenance.

Working with Ariel Palmieri was amazing and I intend to work with her and her team in the future for any real estate transactions. During the process, it didn't feel like an agent and consumer relationship, it felt like a partnership. Ariel consistently brought a high degree of professionalism and transparency in the buying process that I personally don't think can be matched.
