Karen did an excellent job representing our home, creating a truly detailed and professional analysis of the area before we put our house on the market and communicated to us all the details necessary for a successful sale of our home. She made sure we knew all the steps being taken from market to offer to acceptance to closing. Every step of the way she was informing us of what we needed to know. Even beyond closing, we helped us with a few nuances of moving away! Being local to Tinley Park, Karen is so familiar with our area and all that is great about living there. But being a lifetime resident of the southwest suburbs is the key to knowing so much about the ENTIRE area that she works within. Her knowledge, coupled with her experience is a true asset when selling a home. Karen is highly recommended by our family!

Karen sold our condo within 1 weekend (literally 3 days) AND received $6,000 over asking price! She gave amazing advice on how to prep the condo, market analysis, pricing, and other details to ensure the property was aligned properly and the listing was full of detail the buyer wants to know. Karen is very detailed oriented; listens to everything you say and ask; great communication; and follows through on everything. We are extremely happy with hiring her for the sale.
