Karen was incredibly knowledgeable about the market and helped us achieve a quick sale at a great price. She was always available to answer questions and kept us informed throughout the process, Karens's marketing strategy which really attracted a large pool of qualified buyers, leading to a smooth transaction. We sold in a few weeks and closed within 30 days. It does not get any better than that.

Karen was there even before we were ready to sell. She was very helpful with us living out of state. She was always in contact and kept us in the loop the whole entire time. I would highly recommend her if you need to sell your house or even buy, I know she will put as much effort in helpful find you the perfect house. She was very understanding to our situation the first time meeting her. She was very patient and kind.

Karen did an excellent job representing our home, creating a truly detailed and professional analysis of the area before we put our house on the market and communicated to us all the details necessary for a successful sale of our home. She made sure we knew all the steps being taken from market to offer to acceptance to closing. Every step of the way she was informing us of what we needed to know. Even beyond closing, we helped us with a few nuances of moving away! Being local to Tinley Park, Karen is so familiar with our area and all that is great about living there. But being a lifetime resident of the southwest suburbs is the key to knowing so much about the ENTIRE area that she works within.
