Kaitlyn came to me when I had very little knowledge and trust in a realtor. I was skeptical but some how she made it easy to do business with her company. I'll definitely be using her again in the future when I'm ready to buy a new home and sell my current one. She responded quickly and kept me in the loop with everything going on and sold my home in less than a month.

Kaitlyn is the absolute best at her job. She helped me and my husband get the home we wanted. She stuck by me and helped when things didn't go as planned. She really knows her stuff and recommended a really great home inspection person also. If we buy or sell in the future we definitely are gonna call Kaitlyn for the help. She is super nice and friendly to everyone she comes across.

She was amazing. My loan process was a nightmare . Never once did she ignore a call or txt about anything .Everything seemed to be going not the way it was planned. Not only did she get me a great deal on my new home but she went above her duty as my realtor . I would not have wanted anyone else to have been in my corner. I highly recommend her for buying or selling a property. Very professional and loyal till to the end ...sitting beside me at the closing table .

Kaitlyn was so fun to work with. Not only is she very accommodating, informative and supportive of your needs she’s also very knowledgeable about the whole process. From day one she was there to help us not only sell our home but find our dream home as well and that was not an easy find! We would 100% recommend Kaitlyn to others, she made this whole process so worthwhile!

Kaitlyn did a amazing job with working with us to find our new home! We were kinda picky and it didn’t bother her a bit to take us to several places to ensure we got the best house for us! I definitely recommend going with her as you realtor in this area! She’s very friendly and very communicative! Less like a realtor more like a friend!
