Kai and Terry assisted us through the whole process of selling our home. Terry helped us purchase that same home in 1998. They were very responsive to our questions and when notified us right away when issues arose. I would highly recommend Kai and Terry to anyone buying or selling a home.

Kai and Terry are very professional, but more importantly, they are very passionate about their jobs as realtors. They were readily accessible when I had questions, and are very knowledgeable about the Oak Lawn area and real estate market. As questions came up during the buyer's approval process, both Kai and Terry were able to clarify the questions so that I could address them efficiently and promptly. I know that my stress level was greatly alleviated because of their assistance! What I thought might be a long, drawn-out process turned out to be a pleasant 3-month experience.
