Justin Willmon

Born and raised in Midland, Justin is a proud alumnus of Midland Lee High School, graduating in 2009. He pursued his passion for business at Angelo State University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. After venturing to the DFW area and Austin, where he worked with a start-up featured on Shark Tank, Justin found his way back to Midland in 2016. His dedication to real estate led him to establish Welcome Home Property Group in 2018 after gaining experience with a local real estate firm in 2017. Justin earned his Real Estate Brokers license in 2022 and currently leads the Welcome Home Property Group and multiple agents in West Texas, Lubbock and San Angelo. Justin, along with his wife Addye, a dedicated labor and delivery nurse at Midland Memorial Hospital, enjoy a fulfilling family life with their precious daughter, Collyns, born in February 2022. Together, they find joy in travel, quality family time, and exploring new restaurants.
