Justin was amazing! Answered questions immediately. Worked incredibly hard on our behalf to sell a house that was challenging to sell. Had fantastic connections that helped us exactly when we needed help. We were so happy we worked with Justin!

Justin was available and helpful throughout our marketing and sales process. He did the initial analysis to determine the best asking price to maximize return while getting the home sold. After a pesky home inspection report he found the right tradesmen to do repairs quickly while reasonably. He as positive and thoughtful throughout the process. Importantly, he told me when he disagreed with my analysis which necessary to keep us on track. I would seek him out if I have another property to sell.

Justin was chosen by my dad to sell his house before he passed. It was a great choice. Justin made the process a good experience because he was professional, caring, and went above and beyond to respect our wishes and conditions. I highly recommend him.

I was looking for a condo or house to purchase in Ashland, OR, and found Justin Donovan and Ashland Homes Real Estate on the internet. I previously worked with two other Ashland realtors and was disappointed in their ability to provide important/timely information and their level of experience. In contrast, Justin always provided objective information in a timely manner so I could make an informed decision. It's obvious he works after hours and on weekends. He did not try to rush me into purchasing a home, but instead provided the positive and negative aspects of each property. Justin's knowledge of the history of local subdivisions, condominium complexes and neighborhoods was impressive. He seems to personally know many of the local builders, roofers, contractors, inspectors, HOA managers, escrow officers, etc. Unlike many realtors, he clearly has a solid background in housing construction. Justin also seems to care for his community and is involved with activities like coaching youth soccer. I also appreciate he is a military veteran with experience with Navy construction battalions. I would not hesitate to recommend Justin to friends and family seeking a realtor.
