I can't speak highly enough of Greg Goblet and Meghan McNulty and the exceptional service they provided me in the sale of my sister-in-law's house in Medford, Oregon. Greg and Meghan make an impressive team and they were always prompt, personable and professional in all their interactions with me. Their market assessment and pricing strategy made excellent sense and proved successful in closing a sale within two months. What proved incredibly helpful were Greg and Meghan's suggestions in upgrading the house in a quick and cost-effective way and making use of the array of competent tradespeople they network with. This was especially important since I live out-of-state and I wasn't available to source out and supervise tradespeople on my own. Greg and Meghan quickly and competently took on that task and the results were excellent. What could have been a stressful and daunting process they made easy. Greg, Meghan and Will made it easy as they took care of all the legal paperwork and worked closely with the Title company to be sure everything that needed to be done was completed in a timely manner. They were there when it needed to be shown. They answered all our questions and brought it to a successful close.

Greg and his team went above and beyond at every stage of selling a property I inherited. From confirming title insurance timing requirements to arranging for a yard clean-up after our maintenance service fell through, they were solving problems and providing reassurance. I never felt that this was a "small sale" to them, though it certainly was compared to the mini mansions in my area! Their warm, attentive, hands-on approach made me feel like a VIP. I had an above-list offer just four (4!) days after listing. Every detail was taken care of leading up to closing, and I had absolutely no concerns. I highly recommend them to everyone!
