Julie did a great job guiding us through staging our home. She also hired some great photographers to take listing pictures, including the twilight outdoor shots I thought would really help showcase the home. The listing went up on a Tuesday, and we had multiple offers above our asking price by Friday before we even held our first Open House. When the first offer we had accepted fell through, Julie deftly moved us to a backup at the same price and helped us through the attorney review and inspections processes. During the inspection, we uncovered a previously unknown issue with our septic drainage. Julie was able to immediately put us in contact with a great contractor who will be doing the work post-closing. And we were still able to close in a relatively timely manner, even though we had already moved to our new home out-of-state, I highly recommend Julie for any real estate transaction in Randolph, NJ, or the surrounding communities! As a resident, she knows Randolph EXTREMELY well, and she knows when to be aggressive and when to use a soft touch. Her strategy got us the maximum dollar for our home!

Julie has been helping me for years. She helped me find a rental before I was able to buy that was perfect for me and my family. Then she was on the lookout for the perfect house when she knew it was getting close to time to buy. Then when the time was right for me, she found me the absolutely perfect house. She helped me every step of the way and was there to answers my many questions. I highly recommend Julie to everyone! Julie is amazing! She has such great knowledge of the Randolph, NJ market but also Morris County in general. She negotiated the purchase of our home which wasn't even on the market and was able to secure fair market value. We couldn't be happier with her support to navigate us through a complex deal. She also sold our home and took care of EVERYTHING on time!!

Julie listened to our concerns and helped us with the buy when we needed help. She was there to explain things to us and pushed for us when we needed help. Great experience on her end. She also sold our old home as well. Again she was there to explain things to us when needed and made the selling experience easy.
