We met Ted when we purchased our home in Randolph, he was the sellers agent. Without our own agent, Ted stepped up and guided us through our purchase. His professionalism, friendliness and knowledge left such an impression, that we always kept him mind. 18 years later, when we made the decision to sell our home this year, there was no doubt who we wanted to list with. Ted took us through every stage of the process.. assessing the market, creating a realistic timeline, preparing the home, photos, advertising, showings (not to mention answering all of our questions)... culminating with an offer we could not have been happier with within 1 week of listing. Ted recommended a great lawyer, and the two of them took care of all communications with buyer - through to the closing. We can highly recommend Ted Miller to any one that is looking for an amazing knowledgeable professional that knew exactly what needed to be done and was able to communicate the information to us so we could understand. He proved himself to be honest and trustworthy realtor that is very easy to communicate and work with. When the first buyer backed out to unknown structural problem, Ted relisted the house for contractors only. We were very happy with the price that he negotiated.
