When we were faced with selling my step father’s home, we decided to interview three realtors before choosing one to represent us. Ted Miller happened to be the first that we saw and we quickly decided that he would be an excellent choice and seeing any other realtors would be unnecessary. He provided us with an impressive list of credentials and a strong marketing plan. While I was dubious of Ted’s strategy of “no need for an Open House”, he had over 20 showings and eight offers within the first week of the homes listing. The house was sold for over listing and at a new benchmark for the neighborhood. His recommendation of a lawyer that he had history with helped us have a smooth and timely closing even though it was a fairly complicated Estate sale. We strongly recommend Ted Miller. Ted did an outstanding job of marketing our home and seeing the process through to a very satisfactory conclusion. His comprehensive knowledge of the industry was apparent, allowing us to sell our home quickly and at a fair price. No doubt, Ted’s expertise and extensive knowledge of the housing market had everything to do with the quick and successful sale of my home. He knew exactly how to price my house, bringing 13 competitive offers in one weekend of showing! Within a week, we were Under Contract, and in 5 weeks, Closing complete. Amazing! One of the nice things about working with Ted is that anyone I mentioned his name to all said the same thing - “I know Ted. He’s a great guy.” Contractors and even other realtors commended Ted for his courtesy, efficiency, and all-around great personality.
