Julie is hands down amazing. I couldn't imagine using anyone else to help sell and buy homes in Garden City. Her calm and thoughtful approach was exactly what we needed to guide us through the stressful steps of listing our home. Julie is equal parts broker, therapist and friend. Her smart advise and local expertise helped us accurately price and market our home to attract the right type of buyer. When it came to buying our home Julie helped us and coached us on strategy. She accompanied us to showings, advised us on when and how much to bid, helped us with recommendations for lawyers and home inspectors. Her husband even changed batteries in our smoke detectors the night before our inspection as we were out of town. Moving can be very emotional, especially for us as we were taking the uncertain plunge from a newly renovated home to another fixer upper. Julie was always ready with a listening ear and advice that would help calm my oh-my-god-am-I-really-doing-this-again anxieties. There are a lot of brokers out there, but Julie is really someone special. She is full of integrity and patience and just a good person through and through. I consider her a friend.

My wife & I absolutely loved working with Julie. She's extremely knowledgeable of the Garden City market, as she grew up in the area, and has a lot of great insight into the parts of town we were exploring (parks, restaurants, etc.). Julie's responsiveness, honesty, and transparency was so helpful throughout our entire homebuying process - she was super quick to respond to calls/texts and went above & beyond answering all of our (tough) questions. Julie's expertise shown through time and time again, assisting us re-evaluate our options, advising us on locations, pricing, offers/counter-offers, and potential renovation possibilities. With the everchanging housing market, it took us a few months to find the right home - Julie never wavered & stuck by us the entire way through! We couldn't be happier with the process. Julie & the Compass team were outstanding - highly recommend!

Julie was an AMAZING agent. She is very knowledgeable, hard working, and completely invested in her clients best interest. We purchased our now home, and listed our previous Co-Op with her as our agent. We could not have been happier with her service, and highly recommend her. We will continue to use her as our agent in the future.

Julie was a Godsend for me in my house hunting process. I came across her on Zillow when I wasn’t quite ready to buy, but I went to an open house anyway, and she stuck by me for the entire year helping me along the way. There were so many discouraging moments and I got to the point where I was so desperate and willing to settle for houses I knew weren’t for me. Julie never let me settle and when the right house did finally come along, at the right price, she was amazing and did everything in her power make it known to the sellers and their agent that this house was meant for us. I will always be grateful to Julie for her hard work and dedication in helping us find the perfect home for our family!
