Lacey is great to work with. I told her I was looking for undeveloped small acreage on a major road (Not many such listing) around Richland Chambers lake. For over six months, she kept an eye out and would notify me of different properties. Some properties required her to dawn her snake boots to walk the property with me. After I rejected several properties (she never gave up), she informed me that she knew of some land that might be available soon. As soon as it was listed, I made the offer and it was under contract within day or so. Because of her knowledge and connections in real estate around Richland Chambers lake, I was able to get the highly sought after property. It was exactly what I had envisioned when I started the search. When I start looking around the Richland Chambers area for more real estate, I will be calling Lacey.

Debbie is a true professional in every sense of the word. She gave excellent advice on listing our property in regard to the current market situation and our property in particular. In addition, she was very helpful in suggesting people for lawn care and staging. Debbie also offered to check on the house while we were out of town. Deb Bonner is so far ahead of the curve. A true pro. This review is written by someone with 35 years of experience in dealing with real estate agents and Brokers. I have two that exceed every expectation. Deb is so on top of every dog gone thing going on with the transaction. She showed us a house but inspections did not go as planned. We/she found another house but we were out bid. So now the third house and quite honestly my wife really did not like it and we were just settling. So, driving up to do inspections Deb called and said the house we lost out on that we really wanted had come back on the market. So, we came back with original offer and by gosh we got it. I'm amazed she made the call because most agents would not have. So then the closing process. We had several delays primarily over repair timing but she turned the screws to our advantage. In other words, giving us the best representation possible. She just wanted us to be happy. You just can't beat that. Always on top of emails and texts. Early morning or late evening it did not matter. One thing I always found lacking with agents is lack of education. Deb has tons with an MBA. She was proud to be raised by a lawyer and it showed. Gee whiz what a gal. If you want to buy or list a house in the Richland Chambers Creek Reservoir area just call her. You will be glad you did.
