Where do I begin? Let me start by saying we have full confidence in Ms. Julie Patton Johnson’s abilities and expertise in the real estate selling process. She knows the market! Our experience was nothing short of challenging being remote and knowing nothing of Vicksburg. She came along side us and. gave us time and space when needed, and jumped right back in. We experienced a snow ball of events: mother advancing in dementia, remodeling, and 57,000 gallons of water pouring out of the ceiling making an indoor pool of water. Julie not only cried with us, but gave us a bevy of referrals to get us on our feet again. If we had to do this all over, we would choose Julie to be on our team.

We wish that we had connected with Julie a year before we did! We originally listed with another Realty that basically just put a sign out and just fell flat. Then we decided to go with For Sale By Owner. The property was in very good condition and we had good traffic but still short of that specific buyer. Then Julie contacted us and convinced us that she was there to "Take Care of Business". Julie started by bringing in a interior decorator, on her time. The reason? To expand our market to expanded groups of prospects. With Julies experience, we targeted changes that would create a "must have this buyer", while maintaining cost effectiveness for the seller. Everything we did was right on target. We were just finishing up, when the buyer toured the house and property. The negotiations were of benefit to both parties and everyone walked away happy. Julie Patton Johnson is the best in our book.
