Julie was a huge help for my wife and I. She went above and beyond what a typical realtor would normally do. Her and her husband did an amazing job staging our home, fixing items that needed to be fixed, and painting certain rooms to allow us to get maximum value for our home. Without her we wouldn't have been able to get top dollar. Our home sold within a week.

Julie was recommended to us by my Daughter and Son-in-law. They had purchased their first home from her. We were moving to the Chicago area from out of state to live closer to family. Julie sat down with us to understand exactly what we were looking for, help us understand the neighborhoods in the area, and helped us determine what might be the best fit for us. Julie worked tirelessly to help locate the perfect home for us and she did! Almost two years later she continues to check in and offer home advice and local services for upkeep. She is an amazing professional but more importantly is candidly honest and cares about her clients. In the future when we decide to move again we will definitely use Julie to both sell our home and find a new one.

Julie was awesome to work with. My wife and I sold our old house within a day and had a 45day window to find our "dream home".
