Julie is patient and understanding. I do believe she has seen it all :) She is the busiest person I have ever met. She was easy to work with and through all the trials of selling and then buying another home Julie never failed to lift my spirits. She never slowed down in finding me my new forever home! Love her so much! A true professional with lots of knowledge to get the job done.

Julie worked so hard to find a home that worked for us. She was very responsive and catered to both our schedules and shopped for the style, location, size, and budget of home that we were looking for. She always looked out for our best interest and made sure we got the best deal too. I highly suggest her for both a buyer or a seller.

Jamie was amazing!! She did everything she could to get me the house I wanted. She was great with finding me something within my budget and finding something that had all of my must-haves! She responded very quickly to any questions we had. She is the best of the best! I highly reccomend choosing Jamie!

Julie did an excellent job with the purchase of our new home in South Carolina. My wife and I relocated from out of the state and Julie’s expertise in our area of interest assisted us well with offering a fair and competitive bid that landed us a beautiful home beyond our expectations. After the sellers accepted our offer, Julie was involved in all aspects of the purchase including the arrangement of home inspections and ensuring that the necessary repairs were completed. Julie also arranged a survey of the property and provided recommendations of local contractors for home improvements to be done after the purchase. Julie was also very responsive to all of our inquiries and needs which was important due to us residing out of the state during the closing period. I also need to mention that Julie also assisted us with locating a wonderful realtor in our previous state who was able to sell our home quickly. I would definitely recommend Julie if you are in need of a realtor.
