I started out on my real estate path at the age of 22 working as a secretary in the office of McBride-Nichols Realty in Naples, Florida. I was soon promoted to bookkeeper/office manager for the company. Observing the real estate activity around, I often dreamed I could have a successful future selling real estate. I got my sales license at the age of 24 and began experiencing my dream as a top producer on the Gulf Coast of Florida for 15 years. My family and I moved to South Carolina in 1995 and took the next 5 years for myself exploring other interests such as taking college classes, teaching piano lessons & taking in foster children. In August 2000, I opened my own real estate company known as Golden Corner Realty & Dev. In a very short time the company became very successful. In 2017 I franchised with Weichert Realtors and became Weichert Realtors In The Golden Corner. In July 2023, we merged with another Weichert agency, Weichert Realtors - Shaun and Shari Group and now have 3 locations in the Upstate: Seneca, Simpsonville and Duncan. I'm one of 4% of Realtors nationwide who have earned the prestigious C.R.S. designation "Certified Residential Specialist".
