We had a great experience with JP! He set the perfect price, marketed the property exceptionally and sold it within the time frame we had hoped. Loved his virtual online staging without the added cost and time of hauling in actual furniture. Could not have had a more positive outcome.

JP is very knowledgeable and helpful. He always was available with answers and any questions we had were quickly answered. We were very lucky to have selected him to be our agent. We would recommend him and his realty team for either a buyer or seller . He will do a wonderful job.

JP is a very personable and knowledgeable individual. He got me through the selling process with a few requests here and there. He never lost motivation and work around my schedule as well as my property management. He has great connections and he gets it done.

JP and Heather went out of there way to make sure we were taken care of during the full process. They worked with our lender to make sure the process went quick and easy and took the stress out of buying a house. Would highly recommend!
