Dominic is by far the most incredible realtor I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I’ve been under contract with a few, and met with several other potential realtors, and Dominic surpassed them all. He is a wonderful person in general as well as exceptional at his job. My house was somewhat of a nightmare to sell and Dominic made the entire process a breeze. He was incredibly proactive about projects I didn’t even think of, and spearheaded every hurdle before I had time to worry about it. Any trouble I had with repairs Dominic diligently worked to find an affordable solution. He is well established in the community and very knowledgeable about any questions I had, and if he didn’t have an answer to one of my questions, he would find one. Dominic was always readily available to communicate, and patient with my never ending list of needs. In fact, he was so attentive with the sale of my house that I would think he wasn’t under contract to help anyone else because when would he have the time between everything going on with my property. If I could hire Dominic anytime I wanted to buy or sell, even outside of Wyoming, I would. I cant recommend him enough. I wish I could send all business his way. He truly deserves it. Dominic is phenomenal at what he does, and is a very calming presence amidst the chaos that comes from buy/selling. Dominic and his company, #1 Properties, helped me out when I was in a really tough spot and took care of me. I will forever be grateful to them.

Dominic helped me sell my rental property and made the entire experience far easier than I expected. He guided me through the preparation before listing and helped schedule and coordinate everything along the way, which made the process feel smooth and well organized. His communication was outstanding. He kept me updated at every stage and was always available to answer questions and talk through next steps. From listing to closing he handled everything with professionalism and care, and I always felt supported and confident in the process. I would absolutely recommend Dominic to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Dominic was excellent to work with throughout our land purchase in Glendo, Wyoming. He was extremely responsive—available at all hours of the day and seven days a week—and consistently kept things moving forward. His communication was clear, timely, and reliable, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely work with him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a dependable and responsive real estate agent.

Dominic did an outstanding job assisting us on the sale of our house in Cheyenne. Their was some challenges with getting it sold but he hung in and went above and beyond with getting it sold. So if you're looking for an experience real-estate agent give Dominic a call.

Dominic did a wonderful job assisting us with finding a home. He has extensive knowledge in the local market, and years of experience proving it. I found him friendly, easy to talk with, discussing ideas and preferences in homes, spaces needed, etc. Always reachable with any question, available for home tours, virtual meetings, and phone calls. Could not have asked for a better agent than Dominic.
