Josh was phenomenal! He fought for us to get the home we wanted. He’s a great negotiator and never gave up. He sold our home within a week of it being listed. This whole transaction had a lot of hurdles but he made it as smooth as possible for us. I would highly recommend him to any friends and family. Thank you Josh!

I would recommend Joshua Wallace when looking to purchase a new home. Josh showed us dozens of properties over the past year until we found what we were looking for. Once the purchase/closing process began he made everything as smooth as possible for us from showing to closing to paperwork and banking. I wouldn't hesitate to use Joshua Wallace again in the future. Highly recommended.

I can't recommend Josh Wallace enough. I had used Wallace &Associates in the past to buy and sell multiple land properties and again to sell a home. However I had never used Josh to purchase a primary residence before until recently. Not only did Josh go above and beyond in his diligence as my agent, he was able to uncover information about this property that would have been detrimental long term. His tireless efforts allowed my family to dodge a bullet both financially and stressfully. Ironic that I'm finally leaving Wallace & Associates a review for a home that I didn't end up buying but I can't speak highly enough about Josh. If you're looking for an agent who will go to extreme lengths to ensure you get exactly what you want the reach out to Wallace & Associates. The best in the business.

Josh did an excellent job at getting me the house that was my number one choice. He was very interactive and kept me in the loop. He worked well with my mortgage company to keep the ball rolling and keep me up to date on anything and everything i needed to do during the process. He kept his eye open and shared his knowledge on whether it was a decent house or if the house would need work on it while we walked through each house. He didn't sound like a salesman showing he cares about what big decision you're making while buying a house. It is a big decision in your life and he understands that. I would recommend Josh again to anyone looking to buy a house.
