Jeff helped us sell our mother's home and was very easy to work with. He is quite knowledgeable about the area and was super helpful with his guidance during the whole process. He answered all of our questions and even though I had to go home to SC in the middle of the process, Jeff made it simple and was great at keeping me informed. We would definitely recommend Jeff!

Jeff is an excellent Realtor. I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home. He did and outstanding job assisting us in both the sale of our current home, and the purchase of our new one! He answered any and all questions we had anytime we asked him. He is very knowledgeable about the housing market, the way it works, etc. He walked us through every step of the process with ease; and for that we will be forever grateful to him. He is hard working, punctual, dedicated, caring, honest and trustworthy. We are so happy we chose him to be our realtor! We would choose him to advise and represent us again in the future without hesitation.

I am so glad that I chose Jeff Kakos as my realtor when I made plans to sell my home in Marysville, MI. He really looks out for his client's interests in ways that made a big difference in my sale. He both knows what properties in this area are being assessed at as well as what the market is asking. Jeff made sure to price my house at a price to attract many buyers. We listed the house at 9:30 on a Wednesday - had 5 viewing that day - had 2 the next day and by Thursday at 4 Jeff came to me with 3 offers. I sold my house for way over asking! He also made sure the contract had an assessment guarantee as well as 30 days after closing at no cost for me to move out. I would recommend Jeff to anyone.

Jeff assisted me in selling my first home. He explained the market, valuation of home, and what to expect from buyers/other realtors. He gave his honest opinion on deals , only after hearing my input/opinion. Jeff was dedicated to getting my home sold but in a respectful and highly professional manner. He communicated with me instantly after each showing, ensuring I knew what was happening and kept me in the loop 24/7. Jeff is a amazing realtor.

This is my first time selling a home contingent on finding and buying a another house. I sold in winter and Jeff advised when to place it on the market. When we did list it the response was extremely active. It sold quickly because Jeff priced it right. He then used his experience and resources and presented us a house that has quickly became our home. He responded to my texts and phone calls every time, I was never waiting or in the dark.
