I couldn't have asked for a better agent or a better experience. From the time I first contacted Josh to the day of the closing, he was always available and willing to answer any questions and address any concerns I had. He did a fantastic job creating promotional materials (including a video) that produced the desired result: selling the property within three months of advertising! Josh easily and effectively facilitated communication among all the parties involved. He is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also super-friendly and eager to help in any way possible. I'm so glad that I followed my instinct and contacted Josh about selling my cottage, after receiving several promotional flyers and seeing his face on multiple billboards in the area. Josh is top notch! We had been in contact with him off and on for several years, as it became evident that a move was probably in our future. When the opportunity to move came (very quickly), we felt it would be wise to have a second realtor also take a look, but we stuck with Josh and are so glad we did. Part of our concern was that we were seeing his name all over the place and were concerned that he might be too busy to be attentive to our little place. Well, that concern was totally unfounded! Josh is very attentive to detail, very available to answer questions and to help through any issues that arise. And did I mention, he's very personable?! josh did a great job with the selling of our home. He answered all questions promptly and professionally. At times a couple of different circumstances arose and Josh helped me remain calm and guided me to the correct decision.
