Josh patiently helped us find our home in south Jersey - he kept a calm and patient demeanor throughout the entire process, including the extensive amount of time it took to find our home. Highly recommend the Josh Behr Group for all your Realty needs. They sold our father’s house quickly in less than 10 days and were able to get us the price for the property that they said they could. Josh carries a load of experience that is invaluable for a buyer or a seller. He helped us buy our dream home and also helped sell our house at a good price. He is a one stop individual to answer all your queries and resources. If you need a human resource to handle a repair a buyer has requested, Josh is quick to offer him/her. It takes two to tango and he has been patient in listening to our feedback, our concerns and factored them in striking a right balance to give us the satisfaction. Market behavior varies, owners and sellers have various sentiments on how they process offers. Some like a single FAT offer, some like an escalation clause, everyone likes a strong cash only offer, some like offers with zero inspections, some like little to no repairs requests...the perfect "as-is", they are all kinds and there is no "one size fits all" to measure a buyer or seller's temperament. Josh and us navigated through that all, learning in the process, and eventually landing where we needed to be. Bottom line, we helped each other to succeed. We primed our property to catch attention and sell fast and he brought his marketing magic to ensure it sold fast and at a good price. We spotted a property to purchase and moved fast, offered a great price hard to decline and we own it today. Great team work!
