I would never work with another realtor. He’s a great person that would never steer you in the wrong direction. He’s very knowledgeable and will point out any defects if you ask and will cater to the lifestyle you are trying to build in your new home. I can honestly say he has become a friend since he was recommended to me to find my beautiful home

Denise, was instrumental in every decision we made to sell our home. From proper pricing, ensuring our needs were met, and setting proper expectations. I was trying to have the house listed and closed within sixty days. She helped me optimize all portions of the listing. We were offered and accepted within 4 days at full asking price! And with a 30 day close! This was just the highlighted list of what she did. She was always available to answer questions and more. There is nobody else in the New Jersey / Pennsylvania I’d recommend more highly.

Chris helped us find our first home that is perfect for us. Throughout the whole process he was patient and answered all of the many, many questions we had. We looked at a few houses on the higher side of our budget that Chris could have pushed us to buy, if he was just looking to get the sale over with. However, he made it evident from the very beginning that he wanted to help us find the right home, not just a house. We are incredibly thankful to have had not just a great realtor but someone we consider to be a friend. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a a house. He was recommended to us by numerous friends and we are so glad that we went with him.

When you want the best, but you also want a very personable person, who truly cares about you, what you want, where you want it, and how quickly or slow you want to go, this man is your choice! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable of the realty industry, he's the most personable and nicest person you'll meet, especially in an industry that is so competitive. His bio is exactly who he is, and he means it when he really just wants people to be happy. He stuck with my wife and I for over a year in our search for the perfect home, and he went at our pace; he wasn't a single but pushy or in a hurry to get the sale and make the commission, he only cared that we got into a house that was right for us, not just the size or condition of the house, but also the price range. He's very upfront with you and makes sure you are aware of anything that he knows will likely or might be an issue with the homes as you walk through them. Chris is just the best, him and his team! At first it might seem overwhelming, choosing an agent and first speaking with him, but it's because he knows exactly what he is doing and what he is talking about, and like I said, he's very upfront. You won't find another realtor like him, and my wife and I have dealt with other realtors. Chris is the only one that we have met in our lives that actually cares about you, as a person, and not just making money in a lucrative industry. I could go on forever about how great he is, so you'll just have to see for yourself! Choose Chris, listen to what he says, and I'd highly recommend using who he may suggest as a lender, if you're also still looking for one.
